FREIGHT COSTS

Feeight costs up to 10 kilos are specified charge

Germany
Orders over 35 € are sent free of charge
Orders below 35 € are charged 5€ in freight

All other countries in EU
Orders over 50 € are sent free of charge
Orders below 50 € are charged 10€ in freight

Switzerland & Norway
Orders over 500 € are sent free of charge
Orders below 500 € are charged 35 € in freight and customs clearance

DELIVERY
Orders are being handled as they come in.
Orders received before 11.00 am will ship the same day. Orders received after 11.00 will ship the next working day.
Transit time to above countries vary from 1 - 4 days.
All products that can be ordered are in stock. We do not work with back orders.
Regarding orders not in stock, - please contact us by e-mail at truestuff@truestuff.dk to get updated stock information.

All orders are shipped by DPD or DHL from our stock in Germany

 

RETURN

You are free to return your order within 30 days upon receipt.

Please pack your return items thoroughly and return through the freight partner you prefer.

 

 

MONEY BACK

We return your payment via the same channel used by your initial payment.

Your money will be transferred back to you within maximum 7 days upon the receipt of your return at our stock.

WARRENTY
TrueStuff offer you a two-year warranty.
If you find defects in our product no later than two years upon receipt the product, we offer you to repair the defects or if possible to exchange the item for a new similar item.
Alternatively we can offer you a reduction in the price or totally cancel your order and return your payment.
